


I am starting a new work out plan that is flexible with my schedule and that will guarantee faster progress.

The sad part is that after all this time of trying to be slim I lost my progress because of my slow metabolism and me not being able to work out, I gained around 2kg of fat within 3 weeks and I am really disappointed at me I wish I could change that part of my genetics, regardless my muscle mas is doing all right and I am feeling much better. In addition I had the worst weeks of my life so much things happened my mind and my body where under too much stress which made me collapse, had to get checked at the doctors, every thing is fine but they had me rest for a couple of weeks. Hey I am finally back but I don’t have such goon news.įirts of I really have not seen any progres with muy work out plans I feel as I am stuck in my progress.
